Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov and the Moscow city government plan to prepare lawsuits on defamation in connection with the dissemination of "negative information" about their activities.
According to the press service of the Moscow Government, "a number of media, including all federal TV channels, to actively give negative information about the activities of the Mayor and the Moscow government. In this television and radio spots, newspaper articles differ unsubstantiated."
"There is no point in listing all the innuendo sounded. For each of them the mayor and the government of Moscow will be prepared by appropriate proceedings in the courts to protect the honor and dignity" - a promise in the municipality.
